Description

The beach "Isla Blanca", is a coastal peninsula that is located in the continental area of ​​the well-known "municipality of Isla Mujeres", which belongs to the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. This island is one of the few that are perfectly preserved in Mexico, it also has a wide tongue of white sand that separates the Chacmuchuc lagoon from the Caribbean Sea. This coastal strip is 20 kilometers long where its narrow part is 500 meters and its widest part is 850 meters. This Island is called "Isla Blanca", since the sea crosses from side to side in the narrow part of it.

One of the most common activities on this island is sport fishing, cycling and kite-surfing. On the other hand, the greatest advantage offered by this beautiful place is that on the banks of the beach you can see the mangrove orchids whose color is pink. In the same way, you can have the opportunity to see pelicans, frigates, turtles, monkeys, crocodiles, toucans, iguanas, among others. That is, going to the Isla Blanca beach not only allows you to enjoy a day at the beach but also offers you the opportunity to appreciate the diversity of fauna and flora that Mexico offers its tourists.
